I work with adults, adolescents, and families who are experiencing symptoms of trauma/stress, anxiety, insecure attachments, life transitions, and perfectionism/imposter syndrome.

Anxiety & Burnout

Anxiety is like having a constant knot in your stomach, making you worry about everything. Burnout feels like you're running empty, exhausted, and overwhelmed. Both can leave you feeling drained and on edge. As hard as it sounds, especially in our society, It's important to learn how to rest, reconnect, and slow down to take care of yourself and return to your authentic self.

Life Transitions

Life transitions can be tough. They shake up our routines, challenge our identities, and bring uncertainty. Negative effects from life transitions can allow stress, anxiety, and self-doubt to creep in, making us feel lost or overwhelmed. It's normal to struggle during these times, but remember, change also brings growth and new opportunities. Together we can build resiliency to help you continue to move forward.

Perfectionism

Perfectionism may sound like the perfect quality, however, when you experiences perfectionism, it is often a cause of great distress, as the preoccupation with not making mistakes can become overwhelming or debilitating. Imposter Syndrome can go hand in hand with perfectionism, with similar unrealistic expectations of the self. Imposter syndrome can feel like you're a fraud or an imposter, not acknowledging your hard work and efforts. Together, we can unlearn any stories and experiences told to you to accept that making mistakes isn't a threat to you and can sometimes be a pleasant surprise! 

Stress/Trauma 


Stress and trauma affect your mind and body, making you feel overwhelmed and on edge. It's like carrying a heavy backpack full of worries and bad memories. Sometimes, it's hard to shake off, affecting your mood and daily life. But with the support of stabilizing your nervous system and moving at your pace, we can process it and release the load you carry.
