FREE 20-minute consultation via phone or secured telehealth platform

Individual Therapy

(For adults and adolescents 12yo and up)         

50 minutes $150

            80 minutes $210

 

Family Therapy 

            50 minutes $175

            80 minutes $250

 

Parent Support 

            50 minutes $150

            80 minutes $210

Sliding Scale 

I reserve limited slots for reduced-fee therapy appointments, using a sliding scale based on availability and financial need. 

Cancellation Policy

Non-emergency cancellations must be done 24 hours before a scheduled session. Late cancellations/no-shows will result in a charge of your full session fee. 

 

This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you.

Availability After Hours 

I return emails, calls, and texts at my earliest convenience, typically Monday - Friday. If you are having a counseling emergency, call 911 or the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988.

Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your mental health care will cost. 

Insurance

I am in-network to accept the following insurances through a website called Headway:​

  • Aetna

  • Anthem Blue Cross California

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts ​

  • Cigna​

  • Kaiser Permanente of Northern CA

If I am considered an out-of-network provider with your insurance provider, I can provide you with a SuperBill if you have a mental health diagnosis for potential insurance reimbursement. Contact your insurance company directly to inquire about potential reimbursement, as I cannot guarantee reimbursement of therapy fees.
